We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within this period, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for purchases under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Product Condition: Refunds will be granted for products that are returned in their original packaging (either unused or partially used). We cannot refund for products that are fully used or have exceeded the 60-day limit.
- First-Time Purchasers: Refunds are limited to first-time purchases of any given product. If you are trying our product for the first time and feel it does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund. Subsequent purchases of the same product are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process any refund requests.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Extended Use: Since supplements often take time to exhibit effects, we recommend allowing at least **30-45 days** to assess their impact. However, we do not offer refunds for products fully consumed or used beyond the 60-day satisfaction period.
- Individual Results Vary: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our supplements due to individual variability in response. As such, refunds will not be granted based on subjective results or expectations of specific effects.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Return the product to us (instructions for return will be provided). Once the return is received, we will process your refund, minus any shipping fees.
