The Tastiest Way to Stay Hydrated
Let's be honest, getting enough water is harder than it sounds.
Between busy schedules, picky eaters, and the afternoon crash that hits out of nowhere, hydration is usually the first thing to go. Kids refuse to touch their water bottles. Adults forget entirely until the headache sets in.
That's exactly why we love these Energy & Hydration Powder Gummies.
They're the kind of thing you whip up in minutes and keep on hand all week. No fancy equipment, no complicated steps. Just pop one (or a few), and feel the difference.
Real Hydration, Zero Hassle
Instead of sugary sports drinks or plain water that nobody wants, these gummies pack in your electrolytes in a fun, grab-and-go form. Made with our energy and hydration powder, they deliver the boost you need, whether that's helping a little one actually get their fluids in or giving yourself a lift before a long day.
Honey adds just enough natural sweetness to make them feel like a treat, not a chore.
Perfect for Everyone at the Table
These gummies were made for real life.
Set them out for kids after school or sports practice. Toss a few in your bag before the gym. Keep a container on your desk for the 2pm slump. They're small, they're sweet, and they actually work.
Whether you're a parent trying to sneak nutrition into your kid's routine or an adult who needs something better than another cup of coffee, these gummies have you covered.
Make a Batch, Skip the Struggle
One batch takes just minutes to pour and set, and it lasts all week in the fridge! That means no more nagging, no more forgotten water bottles, no more mid-day crashes.
Having something this simple ready to go makes staying hydrated and energized completely effortless.
Servings: ~20 gummies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 scoops Energy or Hydration Powder for desired effect
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
Step 1:
Add 1/2 cup of water to a small saucepan, whisk in 2 scoops of your Energy or Hydration Powder until fully dissolved. Sprinkle both gelatin packets over the water and let them bloom for 1–2 minutes without stirring.
Step 2:
Once the gelatin has absorbed the water, add honey and stir gently over low heat until fully incorporated and the mixture begins to thicken. Do not boil.
Step 3:
Remove from heat.
Step 4:
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a small greased baking dish. Let cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then transfer to the fridge.
Step 5:
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until fully set. Pop them out, cut into pieces if needed, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1–2 weeks.
A Better Way to Hydrate
Staying on top of your hydration doesn't have to mean chugging water all day or choking down a drink mix you don't love. Sometimes it's as simple as making it fun, something you actually look forward to.
These Energy & Hydration Powder Gummies are easy, delicious, and made for everyone. From the pickiest kids to the busiest adults, they make getting your electrolytes something you'll actually want to do.
